- Experience of working in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
- Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
- Type speed not less than 160 characters/min;
- Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) are desirable;

Your daily tasks will be:
- Supporting users in the incoming chat mode;
- Identifying the motive of the client's appeal;
- Analyzing the problems that the user has and searching for solutions problems;
- Communication with other divisions of the company and reporting to relevant departments;
