Requirements:

• Experience in customer support 6+ months;
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level is MUST);
• Experience working in night shifts;
• Experience working with Photoshop / Lightroom;

• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of responsibility;
• Positive approach to work :)

Would be a great advantage:

• Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating system + OS optimization experience;
• Interest in photography;
• Photographer portfolio;
• Knowledge of Zendesk;
• Analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Process and solve customer complaints and inquiries: only in chat and emails;
• Answer technical and payment questions;
• Analyze and evaluatemeet customer needs;
• Provide information about product benefits to convert potential customers into actual customers;
• Cover issues related to licenses, promotions and sales, etc.;< /li>
• Manage refunds.

Terms:

• The main format of work is remote;
• Trial period: 3 months;
• Work schedule: 5 working shifts per week - 23:00 - 08:00 Kyiv time, 1 hour breaks;
• 2 floating weekends per week;
• 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick leave.
