We are currently looking for Customer Support specialists for one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve those pains.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively growing, expanding the team from 3 to 46 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we challenge traditional notions of linear career paths by encouraging each new team member to drive their own initiatives outside of their field.

In the role of Customer Support Specialist, the following are waiting for you:
— Help in solving the requests of our users;
- Communication with users: written - with the help of tickets and orally - calls;
— Communication with English-speaking users from all over the world;
— Work on product improvement (escalating issues to appropriate departments).

What is important to us:
—Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written;
— Willingness to work in night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.;
— Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes;
— Stress resistance;
—Strong communication skills: ability to deal with user objections;
—Empathy and customer orientation;
—Interest in the topic of emotional and behavioral well-being;
- Readiness for long-term cooperation.

- Remote work format. You can work from anywhere in Ukraine and the world;

- Flexible 2/2 shift schedule where 2 working days and 2 weekends:
Morning shift: 07:00 - 16:00,
Evening shift: 15:00 - 23:00 ,
Night shift: 23:00 - 08:00.
- Guaranteed breaks of 1 hour per shift.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
