Due to the development of business capacity and strengthening of our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support, ensuring our clients' needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide detailed information about our insurance and other services.
Assist clients with policy updates, policy status, payments, claims.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in AMS 360.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English language (C1-C2 level).
Ability to work from 9am to 6pm (EST, New York), 5 days a week - Full time
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry is an advantage
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in using customer service software and CRM systems.
A degree in a related field is a big plus.

Salary: $700/month, in 2 months if performance is good, upon management approval - $1000/mo. Bonus system eligibility after 3 months (+$100-200 to a basic salary avg)

After 1 year of employment - 2 weeks of paid vacation.
