We are in search  Customer Support Representativeto provide excellent service to our customer's customers. Our customer's products, a European manufacturer of natural health and beauty products, was founded in 2016 by a couple who changed their lifestyle due to health issues. The company specializes in the production of dietary supplements, superfoods, teas and natural cosmeticswho The products are PETA certified, have vegan formulas and undergo independent laboratory testing. This is a socially responsible business focused on sustainable development and charity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent possession span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">in German, both written and spoken (Advanced level);

  • Good proficiencyin English, both written and spoken(Upper-Intermediate level);

  • Customer service experience would be an advantage;

  • Customer orientation;

  •  Stress resistance; 

  • Ability to learn quickly; 

  • Problem solving skills; 

  • Ability to multitask.

Obligations:

  • Provide information about products and services;

  • Respond to requests and appealscustomers via e-mail; 

  • Process order cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges; 

  • Escalate issues internally to appropriate teams; 

  • Inform customers as needed; 

  • Respond to customer complaints, including resolving cases related to undelivered orders, delivery delays, damaged/missing items, poor quality, technical issues, etc.; 

  • Reply to reviews.


Terms:

  • The format of the work is remote;

  • The trial period lasts 2 months;

  • Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (European time);

  • Trainings: 1-2 weeks;

  • 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick leave.
