Our position: - We are against war and unjustified aggression. - We evacuated company employees and their relatives from combat zones, helped in finding housing and provided financial support.-We provided the entire team with mobile stations and batteries.-We continue to work steadily for the future of Ukraine.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Specialist who will implement, develop and maintain high standards of service quality for our customersYour tasks :-Communicating with users, working with reviews and complaints using e-mail (Ticket system in Zendesk);-Multitasking in processes, because it is important for us that you handle each of the requests with the same dedication;-Providing empathetic and responsive service to meet needs our users; - Advising the company's customers about the products, their work and functionality through social networks. About you: - You speak English at the advanced/fluent level: competent written and spoken language; - You have excellent communication skills: you know how to politely, professionally and timely solve customer problems complaints;-Able to work independently and as part of different teams;You are attentive, persistent and solution-oriented;-Flexible to work schedule (you may have to work at night and on weekends);-You have a strong work ethic, and also quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment. It will be great if you have: - Experience with basic CRM systems; - Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to manage workload; - Willingness to develop your knowledge and skills.
