We currently have an open vacancy for a Customer Support Representative (German and English).

Who is our ideal candidate?

• Knows German at levels B1-B2 and English at B2 level (writing/grammar);
• Able to learn new things quickly;
• Has the highest level of stress resistance;
• Can perform many tasks at the same time.

What tasks await you?

• Customer support and service via chat, email (NO phone calls, NO sales);
• Review complaints, provide appropriate solutions;
• Provide valid and complete information using the right tools (let's learn).

Work schedule:

• Remote work;
• Flexible 5/2 schedule that can be combined with studies: 07:30 - 15:30 / 15:30 - 23:30 / 23:30 - 07:30 (One night shift per week).
