We are currently looking for an attentive and diligent Customer Support Representative who will provide assistance to customers onplatforms
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level at least);
Previous experience in Customer Support or as a call-center operator;
Highly developed communication skills;
Desire to work with people and help them in matters of various levels of complexity;
Ability to act in non-standard situations;
The ability to explain the complex in simple words.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, chats and emails;
Processing orders, forms, applications and requests from customers;
Store information about customer interactions, transactions and feedback, and actions taken to resolve their issues;
Participation in trainings to expand product knowledge and improve skills as a Customer Support Representative.
Conditions:
The main format of work is remote;
The trial period lasts 2 months;
5 work shifts per week: morning (8:00-16:00), daytime (16:00-00:00) and night (00:00-8:00);
Night - mandatory (two per week) with an additional bonus;
2 floating weekends per week.
