We are currently looking for an attentive and diligent Customer Support Representative who will provide assistance to customers on the platforms of our customers. The main project the team is currently working on is a platform that allows companies to create transactional business models in B2B, Enterprise Marketplaces, Unified Commerce and B2C. Requirements: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level at least); Previous experience working in Customer Support or as a call-center operator; Highly developed communication skills; Willingness to work with people and help them in various matters level of complexity; Ability to act in non-standard situations; Ability to explain the complex in simple words. Will be a significant advantage: Experience with Atlassian, Salesforce; Basic skills with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs); Experience with CRM/ATS systems.Responsibilities:Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, chats and emails;Processing orders, forms, claims and inquiries from customers;Maintaining information about customer interactions, transactions and feedback and actions taken to resolve their problems;Coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and providing follow-up services as needed;Participating in trainings to expand product knowledge and improve skills as a Customer Support Representative. Conditions: The main format of work is remote; The trial period lasts 1 month; 5 work shifts per week: morning (7:00-15:00), daytime (15:00-23:00) and night (22:00-8: 00); Night shifts are mandatory (two per week) with an additional bonus; 2 floating days off per week.
