Customer Support Representative (day, evening, night shifts) in Fast Corporate LTD

Fast Corporation LTD is a leading Israeli IT company developing innovative products for thousands users worldwide for over 9 years. 

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented and motivated Customer Support Representative that will help us improve the quality of our product - PC APP Store.

Your duties will include:

• Consulting clients on installing software and its functionality, paying for services, etc.
• Communicating through chats, calls with native English speakers.

What is important to us:

• High level of spoken English (C1).
• Confident PC user.
• < p>Communicability, stress resistance.

What we offer you:

• Stable work - our company does not make layoffs and does not plan to close the office in Ukraine.
• Comfortable and equipped workplace in a modern office in the center of Kyiv (Pecherska). The BC has shelter and uninterrupted power generators.
• Working shift - day shift - 9:00-17:00, evening shift - 17:00 - 22:00 (remote); night shift- 22:00 - 09:00< em>(remote).
• Hourly payment - $5/hour
• We provide equipment for work.
