We are looking for Customer Support Representativewith excellent database entry and search skills. The product the agent will work with is a travel company that offers the best tours and travel experiences for travelers by sharing their love of culture, art, food, landscapes and local features.
Requirements:
You will need to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, working closely with teams in Dublin and Italy using Slack, Google Meet & Drive and our own software . .
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level at least);
- Energy and positive thinking;
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment;
- Confident PC user, skills in working with Google Suite including Sheets and Docs;
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team;
- Desire to learn about various tours in order to confidently perform their duties;

Responsibilities:
- Purchasing tickets for customers;
li>Communication with suppliers by correspondence and in telephone format;Uploading and management of purchased tickets using the internal reservation system;Monitoring of new and existing reservations and cancellations, purchase or reassignment of tickets;Working cross-functionally with sales and operations to meet customer requests;Cooperation with operations to manage backlogs and recent bookings, as well as to successfully resolve emergencies situations as they arise;Considering requests, making changes, canceling reservations and providing assistance in case of delays or any other problems;Regular familiarization with new products, procedures and conditions. Conditions:The format of work is remote;The trial period lasts 2 months;Full-time, with alternating shifts of 8 .5 hours (40 working hours, 30 minutes of unpaid break per day);Schedule: Thursday-Monday (off Tuesday/Wednesday) or Saturday-Wednesday (off Thursday/Friday);Shifts will last from 7:00 to 20:00 CET (8:00 to 21:00 Ukrainian time): 7:00 to 15:30 CET (8:00 — 16:30 Ukrainian time, mostly Saturday-Wednesday); 11:30 — 20:00 CET (12:30 — 21:00 Ukrainian time, mostly Thursday — Monday).Send your resume, we will be happy to chat!
