• Possession in written Azerbaijani language at level B2 and above;
• Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
• Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
• Type speed not less than 160 characters/min;
• Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) preferred;

• Multitasking, flexibility;
• Time management;
• Tolerance, respect, altruism;

Your daily tasks will be:

• User support in the incoming chat mode;
• Identification of the client's reason for contacting;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Analyzing the problems that arise for the user and searching for solutions to the problem;
• Communication with other departments of the company and generating reports for the relevant departments;
