Customer Support Representative in Pharmbills

We are developing and hiring new colleagues for the position of customer support specialist. You can be busy performing your duties from home. Skills: 1) Support of the denials department: - timely resolution of insurance denials; - notification of facilities about problems in accordance with protocols; - communication with facilities by e-mail and phone; applying to insurance companies to resolve the denial; 2) Support of the pre-authorization department: - sending PA status to objects; - tracking PA status; - processing documents related to PA received by fax; - retroactively approved PA status; - providing assistance institutions in solving PA-related issues; Responsibilities:- Basic knowledge of Excel preferred- Experience with documents would be a plus.- Experience with numbers would be a plus.- Multitasking.- Ability to work with deadlines.- Ability to quickly and constantly learning.- Ability to handle a large amount of information easily.- Stress resistant.- Attention to detail.- Quick and proactive.- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills- Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we offer: Excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational company.Be rewarded for quality service delivery with competitive compensation.Recharge and explore with PTO (12-18 days per year).
