SZS Solution Inc. We have been selling electronics and office equipment on Amazon since 2015. Our head office is located in the USA, and a team from Ukraine remotely supports all processes.

We invite you to our team Customer support manager to advise customers and support the company's brand on the market.

If you have the following hard skills:

1. You have a level of English minimum Upper — Intermediate B2. Communication with clients from America.
2. You have experience in customer support.
3. Skills in working with Google tools (Google Sheets, Mail, Calendar, Drive), Excel.
4. Experience with Click up, Miro, Shopify, Seller Cloud, Amazon, Nextiva will be an advantage.

1. You can quickly search for information and make decisions.
2. Can switch between tasks while remaining attentive.
3. Have patience and self-control.
4. Can maintain a conversation with different people, showing empathy
5. Flexibility, responsibility and organization.
6. Ability to learn

Then your tasks will be:

1. Processing mail messages , Amazon, Shopify.
2. Processing Amazon return requests.
3. Answering customer calls.
4. Updating customer request information in the system.
5. Resolving requests from the warehouse.
6. Processing feedback from buyers.
7. Resolving issues with lost orders.
8. Reporting and analysis.

   3. Transparent salary system: rate 700-800 dollars for a trial period of 2 months (depends on your skills) 900 dollars + bonuses (100-300 dollars) after the end for high work results and project activity.
   4. Stable employment: Mon-Fri, working day 7.5 hours, of which only 4 hours are fixed from 18.00, the remaining hours are worked during the day at a time convenient for you or Sun 1-2 hours of employment, depending on customer requests, regardless of the time of day.
   5. Formation of employment relations through FOP 3 groups. The company provides support.
