Customer Support Representative in GeeksForLess

Looking for a Customer/Technical Support Representative to work on a Canadian healthcare project.
Full-time, remote, long-term (equipment is provided). 3 shifts are available to choose.

Night shift 22-30 – 7:00 – Mon-Fri
Main shift 15:30 – 00:00 – Mon-Fri
Main shift 15:30 – 00:00 – Thur – Mon ( Tue, Wed – days off)

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, email, web-based applications, and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
• Create and process support tickets.
