Customer support representative in Beauty Solutions Pro

We are a marketing company operating in the largest and most competitive market - the USA. In connection with the expansion of the information support department, we are looking for a customer support representative to join our team.

Having started its development in 2016, our company currently completely covers the needs of brands when entering the Western market. Starting from negotiations with suppliers, logistics and delivery issues, and ending with full marketing promotion and support of the brand in the USA.

Our ideal candidate:

Confident written and spoken English (above average , Advanced)

It is desirable to have work experience in to the support service with native English speakers

Multitasking, as the work duties are quite diverse

Personal qualities: diligence, responsibility, attentiveness and initiative

Your duties :

Support users

Answers to comments on the website and in social networks

Processing incoming messages and customer e-mails

Working with reviews

Communicating with bloggers and brand ambassadors

What do we offer?

Decent salary a fee of UAH 20,000 with the prospect of growth when meeting KPIs. 

Our office is located in the city of Kharkiv. In view of the current situation, the company switched to a remote work format. We care about the safety and health of our employees, so we will only return to the office when it is completely safe to do so.

Work schedule:

This position involves an alternate evening schedule to work remotely from home from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (You work on this day from 10.00 to 18.00. Other days work from 10.00 to 19.00). with the provision of social package

Five-day working week, every other Saturday (and 1 hour on Sunday)

Eight-hour working day with an hour lunch break.
