- Regular checks (calls, chicks, chats);
- preparation QC Reviews, Checking Challenged Assessments, Provision of Feedback to Agents;
- Filling and Updating Knowledge (** In PhD); on the onboarding of new agents, maintaining the relevance of educational materials;
- organization of regular testing, creation of tests for different grades;
- collecting analytics, preparation of reports, participation in process automation;
- own Ownership direction: onboarding, testing, niches and changes;

-English: B2+(oral and written literacy);
