We work 24/7 on a shift basis — 12 hours in each shift. This position is needed to work on a two-day on two-day off-shift basis, starting at 8 am until 8 pm (Day shift) and 8 pm until 8 am (Night shift). The shift schedule is quite flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Handling customers' requests via the e-tickets system only
- Manage customers' accounts via CRM
- Internal system life checks
Requirements:
- Customer service orientation and high ethical standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An intermediate level of English is a must
- Technical background (QA courses — an advantage)
- Availability to work on both — Day and Night shifts
