Customer support service manager with knowledge of the German language in BPO company MSV Multicall

The company MSV Multicall is looking for managers to handle customer requests in German for a new promising project. Our customer is a global leader in the segment of retail sales of Fashion and Lifestyle products. Our goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve all issues with one contact or efficiently direct them to the appropriate departments. Work with calls (Voice): - Accepting incoming calls to solve customer issues. - Ensuring high availability and minimal waiting time. Work with text (Non-Voice):- Processing written customer requests.- Using ready-made text blocks.- Ensuring timely processing of written requests. Schedule of work and service:- Service line for communication with customers (voice and text) - from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. - Work schedule: 5-day work week with a flexible schedule: 8-hour work day. Requirements for employees: - German language skills (minimum level B2). - Experience in customer support will be an advantage. - Good computer skills.- High level of flexibility and quick perception.- Excellent communication skills, consultative qualities and friendliness.- Empathy.
