In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager with knowledge of the English language (inbound and outbound line) span>, which will implement, develop and maintain high standards of service quality for our customers. 

Responsibilities

Interaction with customers (incoming and outgoing calls, e-mails);

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to the use of products (jewelry industry);

  • Provide assistance with technical and financial aspects of products;

  • Solve problem situations with clients;

  • Transfer requests to relevant departments to improve technical and financial issues of customers;

  • Be the main link between customers and relevant departments;

  • Inform about detected problems or errors on supported sites.

  • Requirements for the candidate:

    • Fluency in English (C1) - mandatory (oral and written communication);

    • Experience work in a similar position from 1 year;

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients;

    • Analytical abilities and skills problem solving, attention to detail.

    It will be a plus:

    • Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​(Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish);

    • Experience with Zendesk, Magento;

    • Having your own laptop for work when living abroad.

    Skills:

    • Attention and meticulousness in work;

    • Excellent communication skills;

    • High level of self-organization;

    • Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to manage workload;

    • Work ethics;

    • Quick adaptation to changes in a dynamic business environment;

    Working conditions:< /span>

    • Remote work;

    • No night shifts;

    • Schedule of work: 4:00 p.m -01:00 (in Kyiv) / 9:00-18:00 (in New York);

    • 8-hour working day;

    • Shift work schedule: 2/2 (2 working days, 2 weekends). On average, 14-16 working days per month.

    Call center representative (inbound and outbound line)

    Our clients are successful retailers who work in the USA, Canada, Europe, and other countries.

    As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proficient English-speaking Call Center representative (incoming and outgoing line) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, developing, and maintaining high service quality standards for our valued clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, and emails;

    • Address inquiries related to product usage, primarily within the jewelry sector;

    • Provide technical and financial assistance regarding our products;

    • Solve customer issues and escalate them to relevant departments when necessary;

    • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments;

    • Identify and report any detected issues or errors on supported websites.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in English (C1 level) – both verbal and written communication;

    • 1 year of experience in a similar position;

    • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers;

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Skills:

    • Attention to detail and thoroughness;

    • Excellent communication skills;

    • High level of self-organization;

    • Confidence, enthusiasm, and the ability to manage workload effectively;

    • Strong work ethic;

    • Quick adaptation to changes in a dynamic business environment;

    Will be a plus:

    • Possession of a personal laptop if residing abroad.

    Work conditions:

    • Remote work;

    • No night shifts;

    • Work schedule: 16:00-01:00 (Kyiv time) / 9:00-18:00 (New York time);

    • 8-hour workday;

    • Shift schedule: 2/2 (2 working days, 2 days off). On average, 14-16 working days per month.
