You are our superhero if you have :

• High level of German (B2 - C1)
• English level from A2
• Helping others is in your blood
• Confident PC user
• Attention at a high level

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering questions about delivery, returns, returns of goods
• calls
• Working in the CRM system
