Who are we looking for?

We are growing - and now we are looking for Customer Support. We are looking for an attentive person who knows how to stay in touch and manage the execution of projects. 

This is a position for an attentive, systematic person who likes to keep processes under control and does not get lost in multitasking. You will work with existing customers and ready-made orders - without cold sales and searching for leads.

• Salary: $1000-1200, we pay in $.
• Flexible schedule: 5 working days (Saturday-Sunday + 3 floating on weekdays), 16:00-01:00 Kyiv time.

What you will do:

• work in tandem with the main manager
• maintain communication with the client and master until the completion of work
• monitor the quality and status of project execution
• conduct all communication and updates in CRM
• make decisions quickly when needed

This role is for you if you:

• have C1 level English and communicate confidently with American customers
• have experience in Customer Support or a compatible field
• can manage multiple tasks in parallel and keep the process under control control
• attentive to details, systematic and do not get lost in stressful situations
