SV Group — we unite a group of brands and more than 10 successful online stores (electronics, beauty and home goods). We are currently scaling up and looking for an energetic customer service person who will help our customers receive the best service.
What you will be doing:
Quality communication: advising customers (50/50 - phone calls and correspondence in marketplace chats).
Working with reputation: monitoring store ratings and responses on customer feedback.
Operational processes: work in the CRM system, placing orders and supporting the client until the moment of receipt of the goods.
Resolving issues: prompt assistance to customers in any situation and collecting feedback.
You are our ideal candidate if:
You have experience in e-commerce from 1 year (required with Rozetka and Prom marketplaces).
You love to communicate: you have a pleasant voice and competent Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Empathetic: You sincerely want to help the client and know how to solve any issue with with a smile.
Technically prepared: have a laptop, headset and stable internet.

Working conditions:
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Shifts: floating schedule on weekends (3-4 hours per day to support customers).
Payment: rate + bonuses based on work results.
