 Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with customers (correspondence, calls, support).
  • Processing of requests and orders.
  • Work with the customer base, its updating and support.
  • Issuance and adjustment of invoices and accruals.
  • Control of timely payment from customers.
  • Entering and correcting information in the corporate business management system.
  • Interaction with other departments of the company serving customers through messengers, e-mail and information system.
  • Reporting.

 Requirements:  

  • Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level and above and free communication with native speakers. 
  • Experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage. 
  • Confident PC user - Google Docs and MS Office, experience with CRM or ERP systems will be a plus. 
  • Communicability, responsibility, results orientation. 

Working conditions: 

  •  Schedule: from 16:00 to 24:00 (according to Kyiv) 
  •  Work format: completely remote  
  • Salary: competitive (fixed + bonuses) 
  •  Additionally: reservation from mobilization 
  •  Friendly team and support during the adaptation period
