A platform for lessons, apps, simulators - our product does not stand still, so we are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- provide quick and accurate feedback to customers;
- help customers by providing the right solutions in a clear, concise and courteous manner;
- ensure proper processing, reporting and closure of all issues received from customers;
- work with the CRM system;
- communicate with customers in accordance with requirements through various channels: internal chat, IP telephony, less often e-mail;
- to do everything so that the student is happy to study in Englishdom :)
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience of working with clients - from 6 months;
- excellent command of the Ukrainian language;
- organized, knows how to navigate information quickly;
>- has a desire to work with people and help them with issues of various complexity;
- responsible for customer requests;
- non-conflict, knows how to get along with customers and employees, stress-resistant;

- has a PC or laptop with free access to the Internet.
About us:
- income — 10,000 UAH fixed + 6,500 kpi;
- work schedule: 5 days a week, one day off on Saturday or Sunday, in shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: 00 or 13:00-22:00;
