Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance to customers regarding products and services companies;
- Resolve inquiries via e-mail, chat, and sometimes by phone (up to 15% of working time);
- Transfer technical and financial issues to relevant departments;
- Inform about errors or problems on company resources.
Requirements:
- Fluent command of the Polish language (level B2 and above);
- A confident PC user;
- Developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in customer support would be an advantage.
