We are looking for a manager with customer support,who is not afraid of difficulties, knows how to make decisions, find a common language with colleagues and work in a team.

From you we expect:
Minimum 1 year of office experience;
Ability to work in multitasking conditions - you can effectively manage several tasks at the same time, maintaining productivity and attention to detail;
High responsibility - you are ready to take responsibility for the performance of assigned tasks and their results;
Excellent command of the Ukrainian language (both spoken and written);
Higher education (completed or incomplete higher education).
Would be an advantage:
Experience in the field of insurance;
Understanding the product testing process;
Knowledge of the principles of insurance operation;
Experience of using our service;
Proficiency in foreign languages.
Your future tasks:
Customer consultation through various communication channels (viber, telegram, mail, online chat, etc.);
Help in canceling and renewing contracts;
Solving technical problems, site and application testing at the user level;
Returning funds to customers and checking the success of payments;
Communication with partners and other departments.
Please note:
Your schedule in the first month of work will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from the second month of work - from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
