Main tasks:

• Accept incoming appeals from customers (calls);
• Help in working with the website (provide technical support);
• Interaction with other departments of the company, within the framework of solving customer issues;
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere in communication with clients;
• Show customer orientation in work and help as much as possible in solving issues;

• Competent and fluent in the Ukrainian language;
