Customer Support Manager (HealthCare) in Langate

In connection with the rapid development of the project, the CareBiller company is looking for people to work from the Lviv office

Necessary skills:

This vacancy requires knowledge of the English language at a fluent conversational level.

Support/Billing manager in a medical company is responsible for monitoring and ensuring all financial transactions related to the patient's stay in the hospital:

• Entering information about the patient into the accounting system;
• Determining the terms of the patient's insurance;
• Collection of financial information about the patient (accounts, assets, movement of funds, etc.);
• Issuing invoices to insurance companies;
• Tracking the receipt of funds into the payment account;
• The work is carried out from Ukraine, but calls must be made during the work in the USA.

Requirements:

• Conversational level of English, desired regular experience of communicating with native speakers;
• Attention, responsibility, experience working with numbers and similar positions;
• In connection with the work of clients in the USA, the work will be carried out according to the schedule from 14:00 to 23:00. (Reimbursing for a taxi on the way home)
