We are currently looking for a customer support\advertising manager with knowledge of the Italian language

We offer:

  • Timely payment of labor ,consisting of a fixed rate of 5€ per hour.
  • Completely remote work.
  • Convenient work schedule, in shifts .from 9.00 to 18.00, 13:00 to 22:00. Priority is given to the first shift. 5\2 (weekend floating), lunch hour.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Request processingof customers (complaint, proposal, question) and choosing the optimal solution.
  • Informing customers and dealing with objections.
  • Consulting and placing orders as needed.
  • Reminding customers about the arrival of the parcel at the post office, informing them about the current TTN of the parcels.
  • Making a decision on compensation and recording it in the customer’s card.
  • Transfer complaints to the responsible person (if needed).

What is needed to join us:

  • Knowledge of Italianlanguages at the level from B2.
  • Developed critical thinking, attention to details and communication skills.
  • Experience in a call center / customer support or sales will be +
  • Fluent command of a PC and office programs.
  • Technical support: stable Internet, headset, laptop or PC
