Customer Support Manager (Cloud Platform, German/English) in BPO company MSV Multicall

Austrian outsourcing company MSV Multicall is looking for an active, communicative and targeted specialist with knowledge of German and English languages to work on an interesting E-Commerce project in the field of cloud platform customer support.

What are the duties:

• Processing incoming correspondence from clients and partners.
• Reception calls in German and English.
• Written processing of tickets from customers and suppliers (order status, product inquiries, etc.).
• Classification of tickets and their transfer to the appropriate departments for further processing.
• Working with the company's internal systems to obtain information and resolve customer/supplier requests (catalogues, orders, etc.).
• Assist in resolving technical issues and handling system errors.
• Transfer complex tickets to 2nd customer support level.

What we expect:

• B2+ German and English skills.
• Computer skills: advanced user.
• Basic technical understanding/knowledge.
• Communication and developed soft skills.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Accuracy and responsibility in work.
• Ability and desire to independently solve complex requests of customers and suppliers.
• Experience or understanding of cloud systems, webshop settings, catalogs will be an advantage.

We offer:

• Salary 45,000 UAH.
• 8-hour work day (Mon.-Fri. from 09:00 to 18:00).
