Convenient work schedule: 5/2 with a floating weekend, working day between 09:00 and 23:00, in shifts 09:00—18:00/14:00- 23:00 Possibility of working from home. The opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic company. The opportunity to work in one of the offices in Ukraine or abroad. Task: Helping passengers in booking airline tickets (changes in reservations, cancellations). Incoming call and chat line. Advising customers on airline services. Regulating issues related to flight cancellations and delays. Necessary knowledge and skills: Upper-intermediate English level.
