Customer support manager in W8 Shipping

W8 Shipping is an American-Ukrainian company with its own logistics infrastructure, warehouses, offices and team in the USA.

The mission of W8 Shipping is to provide excellent service for the purchase and delivery of cars from the USA. We want quality cars from the USA to be the norm for Ukrainians. Therefore, we work according to the clear and exacting American standard.

We are looking for an active and courteous customer support manager.

Your tasks will be:

• Control of timely payment of cars at auctions.
• Control of payments by customers for delivery and related services.
• Invoicing in the company's internal CRM systems.
• Checking payment statuses and updating information in internal systems.
• Communication with clients: consultations and responses to requests regarding payment terms.
• Interaction with internal teams (logistics, accounting) for the coordination of financial processes.
• Control of overdue payments and the need for timely payments.

Attention to detail and responsibility.
