Candidate Profile
• English proficiency: B1–B2 or higher
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Motivation to build a long-term career within our company
• Experience in customer support or sales is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training and onboarding within the company.
Key Responsibilities • Managing and processing incoming client requests • Providing professional assistance and collecting required information • Registering clients in internal systems and coordinating with relevant departments • Maintaining accurate reporting in the CRM system • Ensuring high standards of client communication
