Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer support through various communication channels (email, chat, phone, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and friendly, solve their questions and problems.
- Coordinate the transfer of requests to the appropriate internal teams (HR specialists, recruiters, technical support).
- Assist customers with the use of TalentSphere services and products.
- Track the status of resolving issues and inform customers about progress.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve the service.
- Maintain the knowledge base, update typical responses and procedures.
