We invite a Customer Support Manager in the sales administration department.

Key tasks:

• Managing the process of resolving complaints, claims received from customers
• Customer support and communication with him on the Customer support portal side
• Participation of sales in internal and external audits on business processes Work with customers and complaint management
• Ppreparation and provision of supporting documentation from the sales side for accounting, logistics
• Kcoordination of gathering information from customers about the level of their satisfaction

Requirements:

• Full higher education in chemistry or biology (master, specialist)
• Communication skills
• willingness to work with clients
English language (written, spoken). upper-intermediate
• Oorganization, high degree responsibility
