We are a CRM APPOINER team from Ukraine, and we are looking for customer support manager. Apointer is a convenient tool for any business entry. Most of our customers are in the beauty battery: beauty salons, hairdressers, hair removal salons. Since 2016, we have been successfully developing in Ukraine and is one of the leading Beauty-Crym.

we are expanding our team and looking for a talented manager who will work with Ukrainian (and later-with Polish) clients. We offer remote work, without the need for personal meetings with customers. A prerequisite is a excellent knowledge of the Polish language (oral and written), in addition to the Ukrainian. A significant advantage will be the experience of working with any CRM system, or knowledge of the Beauty sphere, or working at a large call center (or any other experience in remote customer service), but even without these skills we will teach you everything you need.
