The Appliance Repair company specializes in the repair of household appliances and operates in the United States. Due to expansion, we are currently hiring a Customer Support Manager.
Work remotely from home.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am (11 am to 7 pm US time).
Requirements:
1 year experience;
English level: upper-intermediate or higher;
Confident user of Google Sheets;
Ability to use Google Maps;
Availability of permanent Internet;
Excellent problem solving abilities;
Professional negotiation skills;
Experience in sales is preferred;
Strong self-government.
Responsibilities:
Receiving orders and transferring them to the technician;
Negotiating for each order;
Сontrol of payment for completed orders;
Daily communication with technicians;
Order fulfillment control;
Other duties as required by the business or as assigned.
