vacancy: Customer Support Agent (remotely)
receiving incoming calls, filtering requests and transmitting information to the relevant departments
prices, delivery time and order status
Customer work on returns and exchanging products in accordance with the established instructions
Fixing and transmitting information about applications and contacting CRM/Google Docs
Informing customers about their order status If necessary
Working with postal services (sending the necessary documents, answers to email)
Assistation in the daily tasks of the Customer Support Department <
Interactions with courier services and clarification of delivery information
Requirements:
Organization and Attention to Details
English at Upper Intermediate level and above
Competent speech, ability to communicate politely and clearly
ability to identify the request and follow the established order
work in Customer Support, Call Center or related fields will be an advantage
possession of basic office programs (Google Docs, Excel, CRM - as Plus)
