Customer support manager in NPK HOUM-NET, TOV

We are looking for responsible operators to support the bank's customers (hotline).

Working conditions:

• Schedule: 5 working days a week, 6-8 hours a day. Flexible schedule with the possibility of combining work and study.
• Payment: hourly UAH 75 + bonuses (from 100 UAH depending on qualifications).
• Average salary:from 18,000 UAH at the start to UAH 25,000 (experienced employees).
• Training: 4 weeks, paid + cash bonus for fast training (up to 3 weeks).

Responsibilities:

• Informative customer support.< /li>
• Providing advice on payment cards, tariffs, blocking/changing limits, etc.
• Gradual increase qualifications.
• Incoming calls only (no sales or advertising).
