In this regard, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will support and assist the International Cooperation Department. We are growing and expanding. In this regard, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will support and assist the International Cooperation Department. If you are responsible, attentive to details and have a great desire to develop in the field of customer support, we are waiting for your resume.

The vacancy is open for our office in Lviv.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has from 1 year of work experience in the field of customer support;
  • Knows the English language at the level of Upper Intermediate (B2+);
  • < li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Has a higher education;
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Has excellent problem and conflict resolution skills;
  • Attentive to details;
  • Able to work with various stakeholders (external and internal);
  • Responsible, able to learn quickly, able to work with large amounts of information;
  • Meets strict deadlines, quality-oriented.

Your duties will include:

  • Conducting high-quality presentations of the product (platform) and its functionality to potential users;
  • Support for registration and verification of companies on the platform;
  • Collection and documentation of feedback from users to improve the quality of the platform;
  • Effective communication in English with platform users and help in solving their problems and questions through chats and e-mail;
  • Cooperation with the technical administrator to communicate technical requests of users;
  • Collaboration with other project team members to improve the platform (marketing, design);
  • Setting up and moderating communications between platform users;
  • Performance of various tasks by the manager within his area of ​​responsibility

  • Working hours 10:00 - 19:00 from Monday to Friday;
  • Working in the office and in a hybrid format (office-remote) after the trial period ends;
