Main responsibilities:
• processing incoming applications
• providing clients with detailed cooperation information
• analysis of the negotiations and summary in the form of a proposal for the client
• development and implementation of customer service strategies to increase satisfaction cooperation with other departments to improve services.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and other tools for managing relationships with clients. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Results oriented and able to multitask.

Our work schedule is convenient: 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. And from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. you will be able to work comfortably: 2 hours for your own needs - one hour for lunch and one hour for breaks.
