Responsibilities:< /p>
- Accepting calls from customers
- Support during car/aggregate repair (information on stages/terms, etc.) d.)
- Formation of standard contracts for payment
- Resolving difficult situations with clients together with the team
Requirements:
- Skill listen to the client and convey information correctly
- High level of self-organization
- Competent oral and written language
- CRM experience will be +

Working conditions:- Comfortable office in the city center (there is always electricity and water)
- Working schedule: Mon. — Fri. from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
