Responsibilities:< /p>

• Accepting calls from customers
• Support during car/aggregate repair (information on stages/terms, etc.) d.)
• Formation of standard contracts for payment
• Resolving difficult situations with clients together with the team

Requirements:

• Skill listen to the client and convey information correctly
• High level of self-organization
• Competent oral and written language
• CRM experience will be +

• Comfortable office in the city center (there is always electricity and water)
• Working schedule: Mon. — Fri. from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Stable salary (paid twice a month)
