Main Responsibilities: 

• Providing advice and support to customers by phone on issues related to the procurement process on the Prozorro Market electronic marketplace;

• Help in solving technical and organizational problems that arise for clients when working with the electronic platform;

• Analysis of customer requests to identify the most common problems and development of recommendations for their resolution;

• Cooperation with other departments of the Institution to effectively solve customer problems.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has knowledge of legislation in the field of public procurement and experience in working with electronic platforms;
• Has experience working in a contact center or in user support;

• Has or is in the process of obtaining a higher education;

• Has excellent communication skills;

• Able to resolve conflict situations;

• Resistant to stress and capable of multitasking;

• Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a team.
