About the job

We are looking for a Customer Support Lead to oversee and enhance our player support efforts.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the customer support team to ensure timely and high-quality responses to player inquiries

  • Develop and optimize support processes and workflows for improved efficiency and player satisfaction

  • Analyze player inquiries to identify common issues, improve support materials, and recommend game improvements to the development team

  • Prepare and present reports on support metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with other departments, including development, QA, and community teams, to enhance the player experience and resolve issues more effectively

  • Ensure all communications align with the company's brand values and guidelines

Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Empathy, patience, and a strong player-focused mindset, with a dedication to enhancing the player experience

  • Knowledge of customer support tools and best practices, with an ability to adapt and improve workflows

Will be a Plus

  • Experience managing customer support teams in the gaming industry

  • Familiarity with MMORPGs or live-service games and their support needs

  • Technical background or experience with troubleshooting tools
