• Key Efficiency Tracking Support (KPI) Support Service, such as reaction time, incident resolution time. Solving problems that affect IT infrastructure.
• Participation in projects to introduce new IT solutions, testing.

Conditions:

• wages: fixed rate - 33,000 in the first month, after - 40 000 UAH.
