now we are looking for Customer Support Expert in one of the business.
Brighterly is a startup that builds an online mathematics study school for mathematics study children in English -speaking countries. We are already in the top 10 educational platforms on online mathematics tutoring in the US market! Started with 3 tobactors, and now 300+;
-gathered a team of 60 professionals;
-built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.

The role of Customer Care Expert is a cool opportunity to be a key link between clients and platform, promptly solve problems and create a positive learning experience.
- experience in saport/client service (western markets) or desire to make a "switch" in IT (experience of communication with nynites);
- readiness to communicate in English as in Chats and by phone (Advanced level)
-Multitasking, fast adaptation and attention to details
will be plus: Experience with CRM, Desk Systems and Omnichannel.
