- Receiving and processing customer orders (by phone , by e-mail), invoicing, control of timely order fulfillment;
- Lead calls to new customers and customers who have not been working for a long time, to sell products company;
- Support for signing contracts and drawing up documentation for the supply of company products;
- Processing documentation in English.
Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher education, experienced user of MS Office,
- Skills for working with the Internet and e-mail,
- Desirable work experience as a call center operator and/or active sale by phone.
- Understanding document flow at the enterprise.
- Knowledge of the English language at least at an intermediate level.
