We work with various companies located in the USA and Canada. In this way, we work in several directions, such as: logistics, moving (provide relocation services), IT sphere (writing websites, mobile applications), etc. ProSupport is a large and friendly team. We are developing rapidly, which leads to expansion and new vacancies.
Location: Dnipro (NOT remote)
Responsibilities:
- Correspondence with clients via chat.
- Providing advice and information about the company's services in English.
- Solving customer inquiries and problems in real time.
- Keeping documentation and records of appeals customers.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency at a level not lower than B2 (oral and written).
- Experience in the field of customer service or in a similar position will be an advantage.
- The ability to write quickly and competently, as well as to formulate opinions.
- High communication skills and customer orientation.
- The ability to work in multitasking conditions and quickly respond to requests.
- Willingness to work night shifts (only 10 shifts per month)
