Customer Support Analyst (ERP) in Self-ERP

About the company

Self-ERP is a Ukrainian company- Integrator of complex automated solutions for the development and management of business of medium and large organizations on the basis of ERP systems (enterprise resource planning) Odoo Enterprise. We are developing solutions that strengthen our customers' positions in the market and promote development. Duties:

• Reception, consultation, support from users on use of ERP Odoo and product accounting for Ukraine from Self-ERP through established communication channels;
• Basic administration of Odoo accounting systems;
• User account management, user rights management;
• and analysis of information on incidents in Odoo accounting system, elimination of causes of incidents;
• testing of functionality and writing internal instructions for the work of new functionality for users;
• ensure proper processing of request by priority, type of query, tags, etc. in accordance with the established procedures;
• Analyze requests, try to resolve the client's issue using available system documentation and knowledge;
• Transfer requests to other commands/support levels depending on the type of client's type or problem; < /
• Provide quality and prompt processing of requests that corresponds to the established SLA;
• work closely with other departments of the company to constantly improve the knowledge base of support and expand the list of requests that can be resolved without transfer to others commands;
• participate in the analysis and identification of repetitive issues;
• To take responsibility for the quality of request processing to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Project Manager

Basic requirements:

• Education in the field of economics, finance, accounting;
• experience in ERP systems from 1 year; >
• Understanding the business processes of production and retail;
• The desire to teach client users;
• Ability to describe mistakes and exhibit tasks for the developer;
• good communicative and presentation skills;
• Attentiveness to details, result orientation, analytical and curiosity;
• strong time management skills;
• Problem solution skills;
<. li> Knowledge of English not lower than the level B2.
